The San Benito One-Stop Career Center offers a wide variety of programs and services designed to help employers get the most out of their business. Below is a list of services provided by the One-Stop Career Center.

List Your Job Openings & Recruit Applicant Prospects   Find the most qualified candidate with our job search sites. Posting current employment opportunities in CalJOBS, and America’s JobBank will get you the exposure you need to get the applicant response you want.		The San Benito County Business Service Center   The BSC is designed to assist new and established San Benito County businesses grow and succeed by providing a seamless system of business development, entrepreneurial, and employment services. Check out www.sanbenitobsc.org for Financing, Community Resources, and the latest Labor Market Information. We also have an extensive Business Resource Library to access beneficial information to help your business grow and succeed.
Testing and Assessment Services   We will test all prospective applicants, and assess their qualifications for your jobs as part of our Testing and Assessment Services program.		Pre-Screening Job Applicants & Referral   We will test all prospective applicants and assess their qualifications to ensure you get the most qualified candidate for the current job recruitment.
Training for New Workers   Are there specific skills that you need in new hires? Then take advantage of our Training for New Workers program. We will prepare job seekers and new hires and teach them exactly what they should know about the job.		Access to Trained Graduates   We have the names of individuals who are empowering themselves with additional education and training. Through our Access to Trained Graduates programs, we can put you in touch with already-trained school graduates, and job seekers who are ready to work. Come to the One-Stop Center to get in contact with these motivated job seekers.
Labor Market Information   We can supply you with a great deal of information about the local and area labor market, as part of our Labor Market Information program.		Labor Issues   The world is a complex place, and few things are more complex than Labor Issues. Take advantage of our One-Stop Partners to help you in this complex and often sensitive area. Financial Incentives for Training   Are you short staffed? Contemplating the costs of additional help? Our One-Stop Partners may be able to help you and competent job seekers with our Financial Incentives for Training programs. We help to create win/win situations; you get great employees, job seekers find great jobs.		Business Retention and Expansion Assistance   Do you need help keeping your business going? Overwhelmed with marketing plans, sales strategies, production know-how, plant acquisition, or any of a hundred other things having to do with successful business operations? Then take advantage of our Business Retention and Expansion Assistance program.
Rapid Response and Plant Closure Assistance   Did you know that The Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN), Public Law 100-379, enacted August 4, 1988, requires employers to give 60 days advance notice in the event of a plant closure or mass layoffs? If such a situation occurs with you, our One-Stop Partners stand ready to help you and your employees. Our Rapid Response and Plant Closure Assistance program can help.		Economic Development   After decades of predominately agricultural-based industries, San Benito County is positioning itself for the 21st Century. Our agricultural roots continue to be strong with the attraction of new high-technology packing and picking processes, and the harvesting of a medley of new agricultural products. San Benito County is also poised for considerable industrial and commercial expansion.
